Ideally children should start a foreign language around three years of age. As a parent you can learn with the child. You need no previous knowledge of Spanish (or English if you are learning English from Spanish).

The CD has recordings of all the words from Spanish 1 and all the sentences from Spanish 2. All words of expressions are said three times. First, Lisandra (the voice on the CD) says the word in English, after that in Spanish and the second time she says it in Spanish you repeat with her.
She goes on to go over all the sentences from English to Spanish the same way.

From track 13 she starts to introduce all the words and expressions from Spanish to English.

You start to remember the words and sentences by heart and you know the right pronunciation. When you play the game you score points each time you recall a word or sentence correctly.
